User Defined Objects (UDOs) in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne continue to be one of the most powerful — and underutilized — tools available to functional users. ### **Unlocking Bonus Depreciation to Maximize Tax Savings**

Bonus Depreciation can be a powerful tax strategy for capital-intensive businesses — but only if your ERP is configured to support it. Under Section 168(k) of the Internal Revenue Code, businesses can deduct up to 100% of qualifying fixed asset costs in the year they’re placed in service. For companies using JD Edwards, unlocking these savings requires more than awareness — it demands the right setup.
